the breakfast had a decent selection, i found it satisfying. the room was spacious, it was a sky premium room. proximity to the airport helped as i had an early flight.

The hot water wasn't always consistent. It was an issue during evening showers. the doors were glass and felt a bit unsafe, i nearly bumped into them. housekeeping wasn't as thorough as i expected, glasses weren't washed.

traffic noise room cleanliness

Breakfast buffet was acceptable, I guess. It had a variety of options.

The noise got on my nerves, though. My Sky Premium Room faced a busy road and the traffic kept me awake most nights. the room wasnt clean very well. I have asked staff to clean better.

modern equipment rainfall shower glass door inflexible management

The gym had modern equipment I used it daily. It featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The room included two separate sinks it also had a rainfall shower.

The doors in the room were glass not wood I almost got hurt. The doors' reaction was very aggressive when slightly opened. Management was not flexible it did not look into customer satisfaction. It took them long to replace the hot mini bar
